FREE BIKE VALET PARKING: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
6:30 AM – Prairie Gran Fondo Site Opens – Diefenbaker Park Saskatoon (Free Parking at Prairieland Park, enter off Ruth Street access)
7:45 AM – All riders to assemble in start corrals for pre-ride address.
8:00 AM – Prairie Gran Fondo & Family Fun Fondo Ride starts with lead out by Saskatoon City Police Service
While cyclists are enjoying a great morning ride families can start to enjoy the activities at the Canada 150 site:
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Pancake Breakfast for non-riding family members ($9 pp)
- 9:00 AM – Official Canada Day Ceremonies
9:30 AM – Food Truck & Flea Market Vendors open ready to accept your bib tear off for post ride food!
10:00 – 12:30 AM – Event Stage opens with with multi cultural performances by First National Metis Group, Pavlychenko Forklorique Ensemble and others. (many riders will still be on route)
1:15 – 1:30 PM – Praire Gran Fondo & Horizon 100 Cycling take stage for PGF Awards
1:30 – 2:30 PM – Idyll Wild
3:00 – 4:30 PM – 2017 Juno Award Winner Jess Moskaluke
5:00 – 7:00 PM – Francophone Bands on Stage
7:30-8:30 PM – The 100th Meridian (Tragically Hip Tribute Band)
9:00-10:30 PM – Double Juno award nominee’s Platinum Blonde
~ 10:40 PM – Fireworks presented by Potash Corp
